How do you ensure the freshness of seafood during transit?

All our fresh fish is expertly filleted, vacuum-packed, and shipped in temperature-controlled, recyclable insulated boxes with frozen gel packs to ensure it arrives in peak condition.

Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?

We deliver across the UK mainland. Standard delivery is £6.95, but we offer free shipping on all orders over £75. Please note that some remote areas may require additional transit time.

Can I choose a specific delivery date for my order?

Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your fresh items immediately.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We pride ourselves on quality, but if something isn't right, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Are your products suitable for home freezing?

Most of our fresh fish and prepared meals are suitable for freezing on the day of delivery. Each product comes with specific labeling and instructions regarding storage and shelf life.
