We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Rick Stein Shop; if you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that for food safety reasons, perishable goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty or arrive damaged.

  Affix the return label and drop your parcel off at any authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
